Workers at a Turkish food company have each taken a share of a $27million bonus. Founder and Ceo Nevzat Aydin sold his company Yemeksepeti to German company Delivery Hero for a whopping $589million, and decided to share the wealth with the people who helped make the company a success.

The life changing bonus was paid to 144 of the company’s 370 employees based on length of service, performance and future potential. Employees with less than two years service missed out.

The average bonus payment was a cool $237,000 – 150 times the average monthly wage.

We all need to work for a boss like this guy.
